D.H. BLAIR INVESTMENT BANKING CORP. MANAGED THE INITIAL
PUBLIC OFFERING OF THE SECURITIES OF LIGHTPATH
TECHNOLOGIES, INC., ON FEBRUARY 22, 1996.
D.H. BLAIR & CO., INC. MAKES A MARKET IN THE COMMON STOCK,
UNITS AND WARRANTS OF LIGHTPATH TECHNOLOGIES, INC.

i really appreciate the information provided by Tom Fraser. But apropos to his firm:

this month's money magazine has a front of the magazine editorial on "D.H. Blair & Co." they say, "the brokerage, which has a history of run-ins with regulators, was censured and fined $250,000 this past spring by the New York Stock Exchange for failing to prevent widespread broker misconduct. At press time in early August, it was the subject of ongoing investigations by the NASD and a task force for the North American Securities Administrators Association."

the article is about how Newt Gingrich's wife "made a fast $5000 or more flipping three little stocks." [all the stocks were IPO'd by D.H. Blair.] Blair then successfully lobbied for a tax break for investors who put money into the type of tiny compaines his investment firm often underwrites.

scary about lightpath's prospects.
