I must admit that I went back to the trough yesterday. Not quite as cheap as it was a few months ago ... but, one account was a bit light (yesterdays adds just drove the cost slightly above $5).
Proxy fights are all different. This one is very peculiar. People are getting depressed because the meeting keeps getting delayed.
Frankly, the longer the meeting gets delayed, the easier the comps, the closer we are to the back-to-school season, the more people are thinking about Christmas, the more people are thinking about the 2000 Olympics, the closer we get to the much vaunted Nike Spring Line, the more the international economies firm, ...
I like where we are, especially relative to our starting point. Business gets better. People get happier.
The only problem is that Z is a retailer and, as such, sucks by definition !!! <g> Let's hope we paid an adequately cheap price, so we can sell at a reasonable price.
