Cecil Hayes division is a mess

I've never seen such an organisation in disarray as Cecil Haye's Commerce Court area in CIBC. The computer systems are a joke. Instead , there are islands of bureaucrats each making a mockery of the idea of service. They don't who is responsible for what, and there's no accountability. They just lie to pass the buck whenever the frequent cockups occur, and so the charade goes on. Sounds like a picture of the Canadian economy I guess.

What should happen is to fire Cecil Hayes and half of his minions
