Sent the following questions to investor relations at WIND will post reply when it comes. Investor Relations: I have a few questions about WIND that I was wondering if you could give at least partial answers to. 1. What percentage of the current 15M or so shares are closely held? 2. What is the current license fee structure for the i960RP? That is, how much does WIND get as a function of the size of the order? 3. What is WIND's current market share of the 32 bit RTOS market? 4. What are the current institutional holdings in excess of 50,000 shares? 5. Is VxWorks/tornado going to be part of the QCOM handsets like those they are making for Sprint and others. Thanks for your consideration. You may be interested in checking the lively discussion of WIND that is posted at techstocks.com where most of the posters appear to be WIND stockholders as I am. Best, Philip Bolton
