As a PNET shareholder, I am very concerned about two things. First, the "phone-direct" software is not patented and other companies are now offering the same type of technology, like Nortel and another company I will post when I find it's nam. While I was blasted by MakeMoney for bringing up this fact, I think fellow investors should know what they are buying (sorry MakeMoney). Second, the so called 50 million dollar deal with Adatom is not actually a 50 million dollar deal. I did the DD and called Adatom. The person I spoke to there actually laughed when I mentioned the 50 million dollar deal. I asked "What's so funny?" He said, "There's no 50 million, that's just a wild projection Phon-Net came up with." However, in its press release, PNET did not say that this 50 million dollar "deal" was a projection. In fact, it appears PNET carefully chose their language to imply that a true $50 million deal had been struck. Again, I was blasted by MakeMoney for bringing up these facts, but I encourage fellow PNET investors to replicate my research and draw their own conclusions. I am interested in what you find, as I do own shares but am starting to feel that I should sell, and go with my instincts. As far as MakeMoney is concerned, the facts speak for themselves. I do not understand why you say I am probably a nutcase, and that nobody cares why I think. Only a hypester would slam people for honestly expressing their concerns or conveying facts. Your credibility is on the line now.
