Also critically acclaimed (web software) developers of award-winning QuickSite and WebAnimator, also in trouble but may represent a merger prospect for SWEBF strengthening their websuite infrastructure and company valuation. biz.yahoo.com SWEBF can waste no time at this point in optimizing their strategies given the media's formidable ability in creating/promoting/sustaining self-fulfilling prophecies e.g. InfoWorld's ominous declaration on Monday. Accordingly, a secondary or any funding effort is certainly out of the question for web authoring companies other than possibly a highly dilutive private placement which most likely would entail warrants. The ball is certainly in SWEBF's, its Board and the lead IPO underwriter's court regarding their responsibility to maximize shareholder value.
