Regarding interest rate risk -- there should be practically none. Rising rates do squeeze bank profits, but should not affect the numbers of bills people pay, the number of checks they write, or the economies of scale that Checkfree offers.

I've noticed no effect on the stock from Fed rumors or Fed decisions, and seen no discussion of any here or in the Motley Fool thread.

Can't advise you on which way the price will move next, though. In my humble opinion, $17 will look cheap in six months.
