This stock trades materially lower tomorrow. Period. I also listened to the call, I do not believe there were any unusual charges in the quarter related to the acquisition, actually they did a great job of holding expenses, that was the positive. The company also indicated expenses would grow significantly as a result of the 100 plus people acquired in the recent acquisition. IMO this stock is at least 6 or 7 points overvalued. I look for the stock to trade mid teens within a week. I was long a lot of the stock until it got so far ahead of itself, traded size in the $21-22 range. I stand by my previous posts 780 and 976.
