Admittedly, it sounds strange for ANZ to do a buyout of CLL with paper at a ratio of 2 for 1. However, consider that Antares has been getting the promotional push while Coleville has not. It seems there has been an effort to get Antares up and keep Coleville down. Crazy? Sure. But, I heard the same rumour and the source was pretty good ...
