Thanks for the info. I wonder where these monies are suddenly coming from. Is it because these folks always wanted to borrow to build but one that the Fed has stopped the taper, these builders are saying that they better borrow now before rates go up? Construction is a harbinger of the economy and it is really encouraging also to see that the construction industry is not forgetting our veterans.
