With all due respect, that guy is wrong.

Every attack into Crimea forces RuZZia to relocate air defenses into the region.

Every attack on the Black Sea fleet represents one less vessel that can fire cruise missiles into Ukraine.

Every ship that is lost or towed into dry dock represents one less ship that can be rotated between active service and general maintenance.

Every transport ship represents one less asset that can be used to supply Crimea once the land-based supply lines are cut.

All of these strikes put a significant amount of strain on RuZZian military resources.

They absolutely have an effect on RuZZia's military capability, and RuZZia has to divert even more resources, either from other parts of the front or from it's own domestic pool, to make up for it.

This leads to other logistical nightmares, such as RuZZia's own gas shortages, which has forced them to ban exports of oil and refined oil products.

And that ban couldn't have come at a worse time, when the price of oil in the global market is rising.

Make no mistake, these strikes are devastating to PooTin's ability to wage his war of choice.

And all he can do is insulate himself from reality and pray to Satan that he can catch a break.
