Mr. Bailey co-founded and acted as CEO of the now billion dollar Iomega Corp. He was the founder and/or chairman of a number of successful high-tech United States companies including, Cericor Inc., Clyde Digital Systems, and was a senior executive of IBM. Presently he is managing partner of the DLB Group, a marketing firm out of Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Bailey's appointment follows the announcement of the company's acquisition of Beyond 2000 Solutions Ltd., a company specializing in developing software solutions for the ever challenging Y2K bug fix.
