Paul everything you said is reflected in the charts.... When you study the charts you get a better feel for the winning side. I know this is probably going to be hard to believe but all information is known by some market participant. Then something is said to someone else and they act accordingly and so on. A proper study of the charts and you can find out if there is selling or buying by the pros and you can follow. I started following charts after I got slammed on a few stocks based on FA. I couldn't figure out why my stocks were dropping so fast when the funnymentals were still intact. Then after the stock dropped very significantly the bad news came out. Well somebody knew the news ahead of time and they were getting out, this is where charts help. You can see what is going on through the charts so you can act accordingly. This is why I use charts!!
