Restaurant advertised "We'll make any sandwich you order or pay you $100." Man walks in and says "Give me an Elephant ball sandwich." The waiter says "Very good sir right away." 10 minutes later the waiter returns and hands the man $100. The man smirking says "What's the matter, run out of Elephant balls?". "No" said the waiter, "We ran out of the really big buns".
