The problem is Dwight can't help himself.
He tries desperately to tie homosexuality to pedophilia or
bank robbery, both violent crimes.

He also implies that there is a set of
Natural Christian Laws that support his bigotry
and hatreds. A Mormon might object to being lumped
in with the pedophiles, bank robbers and homosexuals.
