TO ALL:

I appreciate your URGENT comments on the following three questions:

INTC has been fluctuating between 140 to 149 during the last week.
Last night it hit 137. What was the reason, any bad news, or simple
profit taking?

Would it climb back up to 144 or 145 next week or it is the beginning
of a correction?

Do you think INTC will outperform this quarter? IF so what the brokerage houses
in th States predict?

At what price level we would see INTC by the end of the 1997. (I know this
is a difficult question, but all educated quesses are welcomed.)
