To All,

Jay Taylor puts conditions on buying Naxos. The following is an excerpt from his web page.

"Most subscribers will have received my fairly extensive report on Naxos this week with the receipt of the July 1998 issue of J Taylor's Gold Resource & Environmental Stocks.ÿ You will see that I emphasized my strong belief that this company must proceed on its Franklin Lake property by using conventional technology if it is to succeed. I know there is a battle brewing between various factions within Naxos over this very issue. If the appointment of Mr. Arkoosh were to result in a return to a Black Box emphasis, I will then no longer be able to support this company in good conscience. My belief here is that the black box proponents are more interested in quick profits in the stock market than they are in building a mining project. So if the "Black Box" proponents prevail, I will be out of this stock once more. I am hopeful those who want to mine gold rather than people will prevail, but in the event they do not, I simply want to say once again what my position is on this issue. Call Jeff Sharp (913) 894-8509 or Russell Smith (603) 891-5743 for additional information."
