You are right. The NCO training courses are being run in several locations. They need to be and not just for Iraqis. Our own NCOs and Officers are getting extra combat training courses on a regular basis now.
The steady state has become war. It is no longer peace. Persistent combat training is a must even for the best units. We know it and we do it.
