I always love news stories like that. What a joke. I remember reading one of those 75 year old news stories from the Baltimore Sun and it was about a government program to save a particular neighborhood which was slipping. The funny part is that particular neighborhood was still slipping into being a slum and except for the older writing style it could have been written that day.
