Ahh cumon , BRE>X has had at least 1 year to build proof of what they claimed. The TSE doesn't own BRE>X ; they just provide a place for the owners of the stock to exchange it. BRE>X does not own BRE>X either and therefore should not be allowed to dictate when, and when it does not trade. And if thats not enough, there are plenty of US brokers who will gladly call markets on halted stocks. These are just my thoughts, I am not sure if I have any verifiable sources. I also think that services like instinet will allow one to trade anytime that they wish.
