<<The US National debt has nothing to do with any of this. Foreigners don't own that.>>

Foreigners own a record 38% of the US treasury market, and they own a record 20% of the US corporate bond market.

<<The "bubble" was due to the realization that things are extremely good>>

A bubble is not normal. It is a mania where prices get out of line with the economic reality. It happens when money creation is excessive. Reduce down the supply of money and the stock start moving down. That is what the rates hikes of the past 16 months have caused.

<< They have leased between 20% and 45% of their gold depending on whose numbers you believe.

I don't believe those numbers.>>

It is like the foreign ownership of the national debt... it is true. Even if you don't believe them.

<<Also, I don't agree that the stock market is in a bubble state.>>

Well then I am sure you will have a very good explanation for the following data, or you will probably say that you don't believe in them numbers:

Aha, lets put an end to this sterile debate. We wont convinced each other. Time will tell who is right!

I prefer to discuss Corner Bay.
