I forgot to add that the Tesla Supercharger I pass about 1/3 mile before arriving at local Costco charges only $0.12 per kWh. Flat rate. Shortly just about every electric car on the road in the U.S. will be able to charge at Tesla Superchargers. It's already happening in Europe. Yep, Hydropower is pretty cheap up here.
