TO: ALL CVIA THREAD SHAREHOLDERS AND PARTICIPANTS!
First I also support Milk's idea of a "CVIA Shareholders Webb Information Site".
Secondly! I feel that a "CVIA THREAD SPOKESPERSON" is an interesting idea! As far as I know ( at this point in time!) I would be able to committ some time to such a project, with the following guidelines! ( keep in mind I'm just responding to some of the comments I have read on some recent postings!).
"SPOKES PERSON GUIDELINES"
#1. That I have complete autonomy to resign or relinquish my role as "CVIA THREAD SPOKES PERSON", simply by posting on this thread, that I no longer assume the role!
#2. I will not give any guarantee's as to how long I will maintain the role! ( It could be two minutes, it could be much longer!)
#3. I will use the mood and support level of the CVIA Thread to maintain a self evaluation of my efforts/achievements! ( In other words if there is a concensus that I am "stinking the place up!" then I will accept with all do respect that I gave it a try , and would then consider supporting any/all options from the members from this thread, as to our next steps! ( Assuming there will be a need in the future, for any further CVIA Thread action plans!)
#4.Another determining factor will also be the feed back from Jack Arnold! If via the merger progress/developments, he gets additional help /assistance from new merged company resources! Then the situation could then dramaticallyl change ( in an instant!), and an option would then be to have it as it was before! A shareholder free for all!
#5.If I think/feel for an instant that Jack Arnold or any of the other merger partners, appear to be taking advantage of the CVIA Shareholders offer to help Jack Arnold out during this interim period, but in a non-supportive manner! ( A we help them / they don't tell us anything scenario?) Then we jump all over them!
#6. I have three main reasons for wanting to help Jack Arnold out in this way!------He has on a regular basis, stated over and over again, that he has the main interests of the CVIA Shareholders at heart! Throughout the merger discussions!-------------So far! I have found no clear examples not to believe his word! But! I have found several examples where he has followed up on his word/committments!------------------So to this point! I trust him with my investment! But keeping a wary /watchful eye constantly lurking, for signs to the contrary!!! ( Plus! I am confident that we have a lot of very astute and knowledgable watch dogs on this CVIA Thread, who wouldn't hesitate for a moment in going down on mass and tracking down any individual who was found intentially attempting to do certain business activities that were not in 100% in support/favor and consideration of the CVIA Shareholders! -----RIGHT???--------------------------------The second reason I am prepared to do this ? Is because I feel this is a great opportunity to make a significant profit! Yes! High risk! and Painful! But I think the potential is there! And I think that it is only a few months away from demonstrating what it can do for the CVIA Shareholders!---------The third reason! I'd like to see all of the CVIA Thread Participants --also make some$$$$$$$$$$--------------I have no idea what would happen if we were fortunate for CVIA Value to blow the doors off! Would we carry on to a new project! Especially with the type of persistant team we have here ( and the non S.I. members who played a very key role in the " Shareholder Call To Action Plan!").----------Yes! Probably too much to think about at this time! Let's take it one step at a time and see what the future holds in store for us!
#7. NEXT STEPS! The nice thing about the part of the world we live in is that we all have choice of our own free will! So what ever you decide to do , with your CVIA Investment, or for that matter any investment opportunity! Make sure that you are doing what you think is right for you!!!!!!
#8.My Credentials! I try hard! I have made many , many mistakes in my life! ( Both investment and non related areas!) My "wild" imagination can tend to get away on me from time to time! I like to think that when I have made a mistake! I can be honest and open about it! Take my "lumps" and try to learn from the experiences! If this in fact is accurate, and I can practice what I am preaching! Then I hopefully have learned something from all the mistakes I have experienced in my almost 50 years on this planet!
#9. Here is what I propose! ( Your decision to make!)
I will set up a few times throughout the week that I will communicate with Jack Arnold! ( Establish a set time! So he is expecting me! And I will not be asking him 50 questions, as he is trying to fill a subscription !)
On those set contacts, I will attempt to present Jack with a very precise and detailed list , that hopefully has questions /concerns that are clearly listed , and in a clear , concise, understandable format!
Next Step!
Once I get the contact times established with Jack, then I will begin the communication process with him at the agreed times!
For those of you that want to use the "CVIA THREAD SPOKESPERSON" as your means of contacting Jack and expressing your questions / concerns then here is how I propose we proceed!
A.---- Keep a list of questions /concerns, or things that you have discovered about the CVIA Merger process, itemize them in order of importance / priority! In other words if you have 10 separate points! Itemize them so that Point #1. Is your most important! and so on!
This will provide a few areas of learning! ( For us and Jack!) Maybe Priority #1. for one CVIA Shareholder is Priority #7 for another shareholder!-------So by priorizing your Points! We will be able to see if we are all thinking along the same lines etc!
Next Step!
For those of you that want to participate! Here is what I suggest /recommend!
B. When ever you want! E-mail me your priorized points! Try to be brief and straight to the point! Try to be constructive! In other words! If there is something that you do not like or feel good about! Rather than just say you are not happy! I suggest that you include a reccomendation on how you feel the situation could be corrected! Hopefully supported with a clearly thought out action /next steps plan or reccommendations!
C. Every time you send me an e-mail and it relates to your questions /concern that you want Jack Arnold to see/hear! Please type in the Subject area of the e-mail area " CVIA THREAD SPOKES PERSON"
That way I will be able to recognize it very clearly and swiftly, and I will attempt to follow up , once I get an agreed to time frame from Jack Arnold!
My e-mail address is wcyba@ampsc.com
I also extend an invitation to the non S.I. members who have been very supportive of the CVIA S.I. members ( behind the scenes!) to participate!
Also by copy of this CVIA Thread Posting! I will assume that I can use your name, e-mail address, and whatever information contained in the e-mail, with Jack Arnold or any other representative from CVIA or any future potential CVIA merger partners! ( I currently know of no reason to do so ! But if the opportunity or the need arises I would like to know that I have your approval to do so!)
If on any of the e-mails that you send me you do not want me to share your name as the source of certain questions/ concerns then please clearly indicate so on each e-mail! Thanks!
In closing! If it starts to get overwhelming, etc, I will let you know!
In the meantime! Remember that I am volunteering for this assignment as a courtesy to a" Great Group of CVIA Thread Participants"!
If at any time you think that I am out of line, etc, just give me the word, and I will move aside! ( No Problem!--I'm pretty thick skinned!)
So those of you that want to start the e-mail process ? " Start Your Engines" For those that want to proceed on your own or via another avenue! I will also support those options as well! ( I am interested in the end result being a "WIN!" I don't really care how we get there! As long as we are respectful of each other and one another along the journey!)
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
YEAR OF THE "TIGER?" TIGER PAWS AS IN TIRES?
HAS A NICE "PURR" TO IT!
Best Regards,
