Entertainment Boulevard, Inc. (OTCBB:EBLD), host of music videos, movie
trailers, live comedy, and sports programming via the Internet, and
I-FILL, wholesale distributor of CDs, cassettes, videos, DVDs, video
games, and vinyl via direct-to-consumer and e-commerce sales have
announced an agreement whereby I-FILL will provide exclusive product
fulfillment for Entertainment Blvd's soon-to-launch online store.
I-FILL, formerly Sound Delivery and short for "Internet Fulfillment,"
is the direct-to-consumer and e-commerce sales division of Valley
Media, the largest U.S.-based wholesale distributor of CDs, cassettes,
videos, DVDs, video games, and vinyl.
Utilizing I-FILL's extensive fulfillment network,
EntertainmentBlvd.com's online store, tentatively scheduled to launch
early second quarter of 1999, will provide visitors with access to an
online inventory of more than 180,000 music and film titles, as well
as unique entertainment-related merchandise.
Music sales over the Internet are expected to rise from $28.7
million in 1998 to $550 million in 2000 to $3.3 billion by 2004,
according to research firm Market Tracking International (MTI). "We
look forward to working with I-FILL to provide an unparalleled
selection of top music and film titles and entertainment merchandise
to our online store," said Robin Wren, President, and Stephen Brown,
CEO, Entertainment Boulevard, Inc., in a joint statement. "We've

Entertainment Boulevard (www.EntertainmentBlvd.com) hosts such
entertainment-oriented web sites as Vidnet, Screen Clips, ComedyNet,
and Pro Sports Net, which provide music videos, movie trailers, live
comedy and sports programming respectively.
