For Newbies, here's a quick and dirty look at TMM:

* 100 million common shares outstanding (their limit)
* Float, unknown but 50%+ owned by small number of people and another 25%+ owned by others following SI.
* Pros - They have a 15 million dollar tax loss carryforward they
don't need; use of some very sophisticated video database
software code for their product development (being successfully
used by others); advanced graphic compression technology with
ongoing but small sales of a photo editing product; 10 million
dollar judgement (including penalties) against Randy Jackson &
Mom (brother & mother of the Michael Jackson); they have a OTC BB shell set-up for any company wanting to go public easily; and lots of other potential people and companies to sue who cheated them or their shareholders out of millions of dollars or stole their software code; and a few other things I forget at the moment, like our very own Elvis's house CD ROM.

* Cons - Current management has insufficient funds to reopen
operations on any substantial scale without new partners or a
buyout and is trying to find the best deal for themselves and us. We owe a former creditor approx. 3 million bucks plus lawyer cuts of the lawsuits and backpay for employees. Current rumor is that some sort of deal is close.

All of this is IMO and based on mine and other's DD.

Personally, I would rather not see us spike on speculation but on a substantial news release from the company or new partner etc.
