Hmmm.... Aren't financial analysts supposed to provide proper disclosure of any personal, financial, or legal issues between themselves and the companies they make comment on? It seems to me that Mr. Taulli is lacking proper disclosure stating that he and GNET are currently involved in a number of lawsuits against one another. That's a no-no, Mr. Taulli. Use to be that not disclosing this kind of info would get you into hot water with the regulators. Especially if it could be seen as biasing your professional opinion on an equity issue. Regards, Ron
