Yes. Mr. Bordynuik says the company doesn't pay for plastics and gets plastic from numerous sources...which begs the question as to why he needed that 'huge' deal to get RockTenn's waste including raggertail (only 20% plastic) and now has all of these delays in making 'progress' toward getting a P2O site at RockTenn.
