I post at Yahoo because it appeals to the down and dirty, lowest common denominator side of my personality. It's no fun when everyone is nice and respectful... i need to roll around in the filth occasionally :-)

As an aside, I read a recent post of yours that was a "Dear Dr. Goddard" letter. Out of curiosity, is this just public venting into empty space, or is there an expectation that some in biotech companies follow SI? From some of the management efforts I've seen in biotech, it would be adviseable.

With regards to Dr. Goddard, he just waffled on his long-standing promise to become profitable within 18 months of Tarceva's launch. In the post-approval CC, the new timeline was announced to be 3 years. I don't believe that this is simply a reflection of the modest pricing for Tarceva. I think that they have some real issues with respect to cost control at the company. It would be nice to see that addressed, rather than having Goddard throw more equity (investor dilution) at the problem...
