Thanx, Jeff: I would be very interested in your reply in the BW case. My email address is: maryday@pacbell.net I am constantly blown-away by the legal system and have no particular "faith" that the CA Appeals court will recognize Internet financial message boards as the very public forums that they are. Apparently, the CA Court of Appeals has a reputation for typically NOT making written rulings, i.e. no precedent gets set. I am not holding my breath that they will settle this issue once and for all, at least in California. Cheers, Mary
