LIAR. Kerry is nowhere near the most liberal.
He voted for war powers, balanced budgets, to reform welfare, for the biggest defnse budgets of all time.

That phony claim is based on 2003 when Kerry was too busy campaigning to vote many times, so the only votes he managed to be around for were on wedge issues. This is just another big phony Bushie lie. True indices have Kerry listed as slightly to the left of center, about #10 more liberal, in other words just fine.
