I'm happy to brush off the cobwebs from my excel spreadsheet. Unfortunately, DMG would get their fee for the fairness opinion, which is all a bunch of bullshit anyway. Clam Clam, If you are that interested, I can send you a pooling model to combine both companies. I did a similar analysis back when Paramteric Technology Acquired Rasna (before Rasna was about to go public). In that deal PMTC payed 8x rev for the Company in 95 and still the deal was wildly accretive. The key would be to see how much incremental revenue you could get out of PSFT's sales people selling VNTV's products. Any thoughts out there about what impact PSFT's entire sales force selling the VNTV system. Clam Clam if you want to hear some other good old gossip and get the model, send me an email.
