Voinovich, i expect Dodd promised something for Voinovich. Cannot think of any other reason to block Bolton unless Voinovich has more to gain from democrat support on some upcoming issue. Dodd another old time boozer, womanizer and kennedy skirt chaser who still seems to think it matters in his support of Castro. Ma votes ted, ct votes Dodd.
