Investors Intelligence sentiment report yesterday is a real eye-opener. They report 52.6% bulls up from 49% last week and only 22.7% bears. Dig this, that is the lowest bear level since 1992, 10 years ago. This alone is very chilling. In contrast they mention that “just about everyone you hear on CNBC is very bullish”. By the way, Investors Intelligence gets its weekly readings by polling 140 market letters.
