My understanding is that NTAIF is not "Canadian based" in a legal sense. Vancouver is merely the location of its administrative office; it is registered on some island somewhere. Didn't I read that they've sold off their Vancouver property? I can't see any reason to look to Canadian courts or regulators for help. Mike
