Chief, I don't agree that anything has leaked regarding the Miller reports being drafted. To me it looks more like the buying is coming from somebody who knows about pending contracts for Miller material. hmm you disagree but agree? lol To know about pending contracts for Miller Material that has not been posted in an NR would be a leak. That does not mean its come from CCB offices but perhaps elsewhere....so were saying the same thing. I know Bruce is not a leaker lol Anyone at Idaho Labs, or ORNL that knows they want CCB for the Pebble could easily buy today.
