At the tournament this weekend, one of the girls on my daughters team was highly embarassed because her mom was calling her name while they were all on the court warming up. The girl turned around and said, mom, SHUT UP! All the mom was trying to do was get the girl her drink she left on the side lines. We, the spectators aren't allowed on the court unless it's an emergency. The mom was red faced and embarassed at her daughters behaviour. My daughter witnessed this exchange, came over, took the bottle and gave it to the girl. They had an exchange and the next thing I know, here comes the girl to say she was sorry to her mom. Later on my daughter told me about the short conversation she had with her teammate.<g>
