David, Scrapps, yes MOT gets a more saleable modem division. But why should 3COM care? We are in a different ballgame now. The name of the game is "bestest/cheapest" V.90 modem with the "mostest" service to the customer. Seems to me Zoom/Hayes is the greater threat in the long run (along with Cable, etc.). o~~~ O
