I'll finish uninstalling Xdrive tomorrw morning I would guess that netscape has assigned itself as your default email program. Installing netscape after IE can cause your hyperlink problem to happen with outlook express so I'm guessing it can do the same with Outlook. I'd hold off uninstalling Xdrive until you reclaim Net6 from the recycle bin. Then cut and paste the netscape6 folder back to it's original position. You should then be able to uninstall it. Try the following steps to reclaim Outlook as your default email client. support.microsoft.com Hope this helps tc
