Here again, Rubi notifies Options Market on Jan 11th and Shareholders on the 12th of a Delisting and delaying to put out a PR to thier shareholders until the 12th. NOTICE to the OCC on Jan 11th Rubicon PR on the 12th Shareholders have to wait to see trading halted before they find out..... It's just not the way you treat your loyal Shareholders.
