let me see if i can get this right...subway made over 1 million dollars on this dicom deal and the court fined him 2500 dollars on this and the s.e.c and all the reporters want to go and act like they somehow took him down.. the s.e.c went after total disgorgement of funds and got 2500 dollars.....roflmao.. and my bryon what chuck did as a 14 year old kid or something has no bearing on what he does now ,how stupid... in fact what the article does show me is for a while now i have suspected that this writer was in with some shorts groups who had contacts with the s.e.c and the fact that the writer now is wrting on chuck at the same time the s.e.c is trying to spin this huge defeat their way verifies my thoughts...
