So people in government pay part of their own salaries? That's very considerate of them.
Of course they do.

That's part of the paradox of income taxes. Said income taxes then become someone else's income, which that person has to pay income taxes on, which then becomes someone else's income, etc. etc.

And there's nothing "considerate" about it.
