I would be extremely surprised if VNTV could be bought for 40. I just don't think management would go for it - and why should they? Company is strong, growing, and the leader. The stock was at 42 - ore than a year ago. Company is not stalled; neither is market, product, management. At current growth, stock could be at 50 next year. Why settle for 40 now?
