I was reading in a local newspaper today that Bob Hasan, president and CEO of the two Indonesian companies involved in the Busang project is trying to buy up as much stock as he can in an effort to gain control of Bre-x and its 45 % stake in the Busang site. The source quoting.. "Hasan has arranged a half a billion loan with the Warburg Bank in Hong Kong to purchase Bre-x stock"...the article gones to mention that with 100 million shares trading hands in the past week, there is no question the large volume is a result of a major player like Hasan trying to get control.."With over 100 million shares traded it certainly isn't the normal investor on the street".... Well we must all remember that both Cll/Anz were trading well over the 3.00 range when the first Bre-x news hit the street which has effected the whole mining industry in Canada/USA. If the above international source is correct about Hasan, Cll/ANZ are in for quite a ride up over the next month(with none of it of their own doings)...
