As for TRW - I see that Northrop struck as soon as TRW shares went down about 10% after TRW's boss went to Honeywell. Apparently a lot of people think that either Northrop will increase its bid or someone else will bid because the bid was for $47/share, but TRW's price is now above $50.

Tim, yup..definitely good news for you. Apparently, many think the sum of its parts is worth more than $47. Why didn't you tell me that TRW was worth that much. <g>
