I think most of us will agree extremely talented people can come from a variety of different higher education backgrounds.

I would say it's not the school someone went to which should be the judge of ones fitness for the high court, but, the accumulated experience, knowledge and wisdom they've shown throughout their adult life.

Those who do great at school and fail to keep learning after they've graduated can be some of the most ignorant people around.

I also wonder how many women even went to Harvard Law or Yale Law 40 years ago when she would have been her twenties?
