I expect, IMHO, revenue contribution from Albany once operational and stabilized to be annual $2.8M and GBV's investment at $1.1M based on simple extrapulation of segmented USA data shown below. Assumming of course what is happening on the west coast can be a valid model for the east coast.
It appears the three doctors mentioned in the release are all surgeons. Maybe they'll turn in triple these numbers :o)
$2.8M x 3 DR = :o)
I wonder if IR can bundle/associate Dr Webb's name to the internet and get an InterNut following and InterNut share prices. Humour. Just kidding. :o)
While I was analysing this I notice that Asia (Bangkok, forget Beijing for now) has about $800,000 asset but returns $0 revenue for more than a year now. When can shareholders expect a ROI on these assets??
