I would suggest that when people write, they request that the judge give his consideration to a request for formation of an EC. Just saying "I been wronged by PB" is a story that he has heard any number of times in any number of cases. Bk court is a court of equity, not a criminal court. Asking him to take pro-active actions to help you in recovery rather than punishing "dem watz ronged me" is more constructive. Not made as a criticism, but just as a suggestion given my observations of cases in the past.
