- Didn't ask about the CFO. From what I hear on AOL, the CFO has been appointed and they are selecting a good time to announce him. - The NOLs, I believe, are used to reduce taxes. A loss in part of their business from previous years can be used to offset the gains in future years when calculating taxes. If they were to lose the Canadian registration, they would lose those NOLs. - I am guessing that they are currently trying to decide whether it is worth it to lose the NOLs since American registration might attract more institional owners and help the stock price. From what I can tell, most of the company is based in the US anyway. David
