So if I understand you correctly, you are stating that Bishop is wrong when he says:
"Within the kimberlite intersection a diamond measuring 0.9mm was recovered, as were significant
quantities of pyrope garnets. This is significant for the following reason; In all cases where
diamonds have been visually recovered from drill core, a high-grade pipe was the result."

You're saying that Brazil has many cases where there is VD in core and no high grade pipe. Am I correct in that interpretation?
If that's true, I wonder where Bob Bishop got his information from. Maybe someone who is a subscriber could ask him, since if he's wrong, than I would call that a major boo boo.
