Hey Steve:

I think Art Rosenberg is Great. Especially for the gaming business. I only play one stock in the same sector. I am sure that the principles in Glow know of Art. He has fought for internet gambling for years. Spoke in congressional hearings, been on talk shows (TV and Radio) help organize a ethics group, see below:

SILVER SPRING, MD (December 11, 1996) -- The Interactive Services
Association (ISA) today announced formation of a new organization -- the
Interactive Gaming Council. The new ISA group will primarily consist of
companies that are interested in gaming and gaming applications in the
burgeoning market for interactive services. The council is developing a
proposed set of operating practices and ethical guidelines for companies
planning to participate in the interactive gaming and wagering market.

"Interactive gaming services are proliferating in electronic media
including the Internet, in-flight, cable TV, telephone and satellite.
The time has come to organize those interested in growing and
proactively shaping this fledgling industry," said Sue Schneider, chair
of the new council. "This council will have an international reach, and
provide a much-needed forum for responsible companies in the interactive
gaming area to gather together and discuss important issues." Schneider
is CEO of RGT OnLine, Inc. which publishes two electronic gaming
publications, Rolling Good Times OnLine and Interactive Gaming News.

Schneider described the council's mission:

To provide a forum for reputable companies to address issues and advance
common interests in the global interactive gaming industry;

To establish fair and responsible trade guidelines and practices that
enhance consumer confidence in interactive gaming products and services,
and;

To serve as the industry's public policy advocate and information
clearinghouse.

Albert J. Angel, vice chair of the Interactive Gaming Council and
general counsel of ICN Ltd., a Delray Beach, FL 800/900 service bureau,
added: "Our group will work with government policymakers worldwide to
help shape the practices and guidelines that will promote consumer
confidence and create a more certain legal environment. Our Council
members are proactive companies who are now joining the ISA and the
inner circle of interactivity. And we're reaching out to regulators,
subject matter experts and other interested parties now to begin the
needed dialogue."

The council is establishing issues defined by the group as critical to
the industry [The ISA WWW site will publish additional details as they
become available. - DBC]. It will next meet during the ISA's Third
Strategic Business Meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona on January 19, 1997.
The meeting will be open to both ISA members and regulators.

stakeholders to address the significant questions," said Jeff B.

responsive to needs identified by ISA members. Along with new members
